Shake Your Pom Poms is a low impact, but high energy dance class where you burn major calories while having loads of fun. Shake your pom poms while dancing, kicking, turning and hair flipping to fun hits from today and the past. Featuring a variety of dance styles and unique choreography, the class is inclusive to all levels of dancers. And the best part, you get to do the whole class with metallic gold poms! Come with tennis shoes or jazz shoes and workout clothes!

A judgement free and fun tapping atmosphere where dancers can come learn and improve their tapping skills. Whether you've never tapped before or have tapped for years and want to enjoy yourself, there is a place for you to have a blast learning fun steps and choreography! Dancers should have tap shoes and comfortable clothing. First class is FREE, $10 per person, or class cards available. We sell tap shoes for $30, they arrive within 2-3 business days.
Country/Swing Dance Lessons
If you've never danced, or are looking to improve your dance skills, we can help! Our goal is for you to become confident, comfortable country dancers. Our professional instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and make learning country dancing fun! Come with good dancing shoes!
Silver Sneakers BOOM MOVE
A higher intensity dance workout class for seniors that improves cardio endurance and burns calories. MOVE is all about breaking a sweat and having fun. The class focuses on cardio endurance by starting with simple dance moves then building into more complex sequences, bringing you a great cardio workout. Come with tennis shoes and workout clothes!
Barre is a dynamic and invigorating workout. Starting with a dynamic warm up and sequence of upper-body exercises. Next, you'll use the ballet barre and your own body weight for resistance to focus on the thigh and seat muscles. Your core will be engaged the entire class and then targeted at the end. For the cool down, you'll go through a series of stretches to increase flexibility and allow your muscles to recover the major benefits of barre are improved posture, muscle definition, weight loss, increased flexibility and reduced stress. This class is for any fitness level! Low impact, great results. No ballet experience needed! Come barefoot and workout clothes!
