Withdrawal Requests
We’re so thankful you’ve been a part of the Prep Academy family. While we’re always sad to see our students go, we understand that circumstances change.
To officially withdraw your child from a class, please carefully review the policy below.
Withdrawal Policy:
Withdrawal requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Our billing cycle begins on the 1st of each month, so requests must be submitted no later than the 15th of the current month to avoid future charges.
We will not withdraw your child from enrollment without a completed Withdrawal Request Form.
How to Submit a Request:
To begin the process, please complete and submit the Withdrawal Request Form. Once received, our team will review your submission and confirm your withdrawal via email.
